In Allah's Perfect Plan

Assalamualaikum semua. 

I really love this wording shared in Facebook. 

Melbourne is 3 hours ahead of Kuala Lumpur but it does not mean that Kuala Lumpur is slow, or that Melbourne is fast. Both are working based on their own "Time Zone."
Some one is still single. Someone *got married* and 'waited' 10 years before having a child. There is another who had a baby within a year of marriage.
Someone graduated at the age of 22, yet waited 5 years before *securing a good job*; and there is another who graduated at 27 and secured employment immediately !

Someone *became CEO* at 25 and died at 50 while another became a CEO at 50 and lived to 90 years.
Everyone works based on their 'Time Zone',
People can have things worked out only according to their pace.
Work in your *time zone*
Your Colleagues, friends, younger ones might "seem" to go ahead of you.
May be some might "seem" behind you.
Everyone is in this world running their own race on their own lane in their own time. God has a different plan for everybody.Time is the difference. *Obama retires at 55, Trump resumes at 70*
Don't envy them or mock them, it's their 'Time Zone.'
You are in yours!
Hold on, be strong, and stay true to yourself. All things shall work together for your good.
You’re not late … You are not early ... you’re very much On TIME!😊
So Keep calm. Dont be stressed. Stay blessed. Everything happens in HIS perfect plan.
You Are In Your Time Zone....in ALLAH'S PERFECT plan. In sha Allah. 

Ayat2 ni buat akak rasa lega je. Allah has planned for the best for His creature. Be grateful with people around you. In sha Allah one fine day, adalah rezeki anak tu kan. Allah Know Best. 

Notakaki: Akak doakan semua yang masih menunggu cahayamata or masih belum sampai jodoh, akan dapatla apa yang dihajati pada tahun ni ya.

Proses Beli Rumah- Part 2: Booking

 Assalamualaikum semua.



Harini baru ada masa nak share tentang booking rumah pulak. Before ni akak ada ajar cara nak buat Banker's Cheque untuk bayar duit booking ni la. Boleh refer LINK ni.

Sebenarnya hari yang sama akak buat bank draft tu, terus akak ke Pejabat Jualan rumah tu. Step dia simple je, just bring along the banker's cheque sekali dengan offer letter pembelian rumah tu. Then sales personnel tu akan bagi letter "Registration of Interest to Purchase Property". Contoh macam gambar bawah ni :)



Korang kena baca betul2 agreement ni. Nama, Ic, No bank draft semua kena betul. Penting woo. Bukan senang akak nak kumpul 5k untuk booking rumah. Selalu Booking rumah pemaju akan cas RM1000-RM2000 je. Tapi demi mu rumah Desaru, sanggup akak bayar 5k untuk booking 😆

After sign, dia akan bagi 1 copy untuk simpanan korang. Tunggu lagi dalam few weeks, korang akan dapat surat untuk pilih rumah yang berkenan. Yeayy!

Proses ni kiranya just 30% untuk pembelian rumah. After this, kena pastikan Pinjaman Bank lulus, kena prepare duit untuk deposit + kos lawyer etc. Hope beli rumah dari pemaju ni, dapatlah benefit sikit 😀

TIPS:
~Elakkan bayar cash atau direct bank in kepada akaun perseorangan untuk booking rumah.
~Kenalpasti status booking korang; sama ada dapat refund balik duit booking or tak kalau loan bank tak lepas.
~Simpan resit2 / dokumen2 (offer letter/agreement etc). Semua ni penting sebagai bukti pembayaran di kemudian hari. Boleh bawak masuk court woo if anything happen 😅
